On the edge of the territories of Seulo and Gadoni, the waterfall of Sa Stiddiosa, for some years it's a popular destination for hikers and bathers in the river, given the clear waters and the spectacle offered by the continuous dripping of a spring placed on top of a ridge. A trek that will make you live a day on the river bed of the Rio Flumendosa, struggling in the surrounding trails before, then relax on the banks of one of the most important and famous rivers of Sardinia. The route, which runs through the territory of the municipality of Seulo, has many attractions from the point of view of the vegetation and the local fauna, as well as place rich in minerals and fossils. At the end of the excursion we will have the opportunity to visit Seulo, a country recently included in the Blue Zone project, areas with a high percentage of centenarians in the world.
